Shipping and Returns
delivery time
Given the tailor-made nature of the products I offer, I post your package within 7-14 working days after payment and validation of the order. But depending on the period, it may take less time.
Packages are sent by tracked letter or colissimo. The delivery time is beyond my control... it depends on the period. I will send you a tracking number once the order is dropped off in the mail.
In case of specific need: sending by DHL, Chronopost, FEDEX, for countries other than mainland France, do not hesitate to let me know by email as soon as possible.
The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the Post Office employee or the delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents upon delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the post office within three days of delivery.
Returns policy
If the confection is personalized, you will easily understand that I do not accept exchanges or returns.
Sale items are not subject to return.
If it is an error on my part or a defective item (photo required), the return is accepted, and will be the responsibility of the buyer. The item will then be either refunded or exchanged depending on the buyer's wishes.
The items, if returned, must return in their original packaging, new and unused, within 7 working days after receipt of the package (tracking number taken as proof).
The refund or exchange will then be made upon receipt of the product by Sylvie Bourgain (excluding return costs).
No refunds or exchanges will be made for any returned product without the prior written consent of Sylvie Bourgain.
